The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria (WUGN) is organizing a #1Lib1Ref campaign that will take place from June 1st to June 30th, 2025.

This campaign, which stands for "One Librarian, One Reference", is designed to improve the accuracy and reliability of Wikipedia articles by adding missing references. The campaign will engage Nigerian librarians, Wikimedians, and members of the Association of Nigerian Authors in this effort, promoting the values of free knowledge and verifiability.
